Eleanor's NO recipes, NO measuring, NO calorie counting technique is very liberating and encourages you to express yourself so cooking dinner is a fun and creative experience.

You'll explore Asian ingredients, flavors and get handouts with brands and Asian markets of where to find them. Eleanor explains the importance of the right wok and heat source ESSENTIAL for a successful stir fry.

Her unique Wok Star Kit will be available for purchase at the event so you can go home and start cooking right away... so you can be a Wok Star.
