It's not surprising, that in associating ourselves with the finest winemakers and winegrowers around the world, that many of them would also utilize organic and/or sustainable farming practices, respecting the earth in which their grapes grow, and not overusing harmful pesticides and herbicides. That is indeed why so many of our producers are at least "practicing organic". Many of our producers have also gone the extra step to be "certified organic" or "certified biodynamic". The growers that we will pour at this tasting are committed on making the best wine possible as they are also making it in the most environmentally conscious way whenever possible.
