Hosted by Fritz Hasselbach, the Harley riding owner and winemaker of Gunderloch premier Rieslings, this fine evening will see Chef Max's German influenced culinary masterpieces expertly paired alongside the wines.
Inspired by the German Oktoberfest, we will be holding a tasting of over 12 German wines, beers and scrumptious bites from 12-4pm at Wine Cellar and Tasting Room. There will also be two free of charge workshops conducted by Gunderloch's winemaker - 'How to pair Asian cuisine' and 'German Riesling and German Wine Essentials'.
Superb Selbach rieslings from the Mosel region in Germany will be perfectly paired with a mouthwatering menu. Johannes Selbach, owner and winemaker will be leading the proceedings and happy to answer all your riesling related questions!
