Event Details
 
Chef Loria Eastman-Tilden will prepare a scrumptious four course dinner starting with Crab Cakes with Tomato Ginger Jam. Her appetizer will be followed by a Spicy Corn and Shrimp Bisque and a Salad of Oranges on Frisee with Macadamias and Citrus Dressing. A Choice of Salmon with Mango Sauce or Ginger Honey Pork Tenderloin will be offered as an entree and the whole meal will be topped off with a lovely Roasted Pears with Hazelnut Syrup and Candied Hazelnuts dessert. A different wine will be served with each course. Seating is limited and cost is $75 per person. Reservations required by June 18.
