Our evening will start with Andrew, owner of Andrew's Cheese Shop, giving a little talk where we're going to learn more about him, his store and more importantly, everything you need to know about Spanish cheese.

As for the cheeses that we will be sampling, there will be a mix of textures, all types of animal milk and all styles of cheese (Nevat, La Serena, Monte Enebro, Zamorano or Mahon reserva, Valdeon), from different parts of Spain. Also included will be bread, a couple of other food accompaniments and Spanish wines.

This will truly be a fun event to kick off the holidays with, so hopefully, you'll come and join us!
