Cost per flight per person: $15.00 ($7.50 for Wine Club Members)
Gavi La Soraia – Bosio, Italy (Crisp - Clear straw yellow, green lights. Bouquet is intense, reminiscent of ripe fruit, green apples and moss. Palate is full & flavorful, soft, a hint of green fruit. Harmoniously balanced.
Domaine Sallies Viognier – Languedoc, France (Silky) - A spicy, medium-bodied white; brightly flavored with peach, apricot and slightly herbaceous. Finishes with melon and a touch of vanilla. Wonderfully supple and thirst-quenching, this wine is a perfect match for any seafood.
Boeckel Sylvaner – France (Rich) - Sylvaner has not been given its due. This is an old vine Sylvaner, strongly mineral, very clean and bright, with depth and real power. It is not unlike riesling, but not quite as piquantly acidic. This is a wine to try now, and try often. Delicious with cracked crab!
Legado Munoz Tempranillo – Rioja, Spain (Mellow) - Grapey aromas of cherry and plum, with hints of espresso & bitter chocolate. Juicy & exuberant, with a light acid streak perking up the red & black fruit flavors. Vibrant, fresh and brisk through the finish.
Nieto Senetiner Cabernet Sauvignon – Mendoza, Argentina (Bold) - You won't believe your tongue or wallet with this Cabernet. Flavors of berry fruits and pepper with a touch of vanilla from French oak barrels. The soft tannins present on the finish are where this wine really shines.
