| Vie winemaker Brian Kane will be pouring five wines from his stellar line up that runs from Rhone reds to California Zinfandel. The wines to be poured are: 2007 Belle Amie Rosé, Santa Barbara; 2006 L'Imaginaire Grenache, Santa Barbara; 2006 Las Madras Syrah, Carneros; 2006 Zinfandel Beatty Ranch, Howell Mountain, Napa Valley; and the 2006 L'Etranger Zinfandel Blend. These are small lot, hand crafted wines from excellent vineyards in northern and central California.
After Brian's visit to the shop Friday evening, we will continue to pour his wines throughout the weekend.
As always, cheese plates, designed to complement the wines, will be available for purchase during the tasting. We have 200 California produced wines and about 40+ U.S. and European cheeses available for purchase at all times.
Exit the 210 Frwy at Myrtle Ave. and drive north about 14 blocks through the village. Turn left onto Foothill and we are at mid-block on the right side. Street parking is available, as well as lots behind Blockbuster and Wraps 360. (If the street fair is in progress, detour one block east of Myrtle, go north on Ivy, and left onto Foothill.)
