Light, Rich and Delicious Wines
Cost per flight per person: $15.00 ($7.50 for Wine Club Members)
Donati Family Vineyards Pinot Grigio , San Benito County, CA - A refreshing wine with a rich, nutty character within a surprisingly delicate framework. Soft edges and a pleasingly clean mouth feel. 100% cold-fermented in stainless steel.
Sierra Vista Chardonnay (Unoaked), Placerville, CA -A completely different Chardonnay. Light straw in color with aromas of green apple, pineapple and citrus, in the mouth lemon and grapefruit followed by pear and pineapple with a crisp finish.
Anglim Syrah, Paso Robles - Lovely body and color, with flavors of blackberry and espresso bean, and a nice earthy black truffle on the finish.
Levendi Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley - An amazing and old wine with flavors of fresh currant and blueberry accompanied by smooth, ripe tannins, topped only by a luxurious finish of dark chocolate. YUMMY!
Wiese and Krohn 2004 QRN Port, Douro, Portugal - Medium ruby with a garnet edge, enticing nose of bitter chocolate and plums, full-bodied, with chocolate and raspberry flavors, medium tannins and a very long finish
