Wine, food, cooking, and fun!  Join us as Chef Eddy Rocq demonstrates the cooking techniques he began learning at the young age of 14 in Paris, France.  Each class includes a unique menu with instruction by Chef Rocq, a tasting of Rosenthal - The Malibu Estate wines, a brief tour of the vineyard grounds, and a buffet in the estate banquet room featuring the gourmet cuisine you just learned to create!
