On the first Friday in April we’ll learn about the main appellations on both the Right-Bank (Pomerol and St-Emilion) and Left-Bank (St-Estephe, Pauillac, St-Julien, Margaux, Pessac- Leognan, Sauternes), as well as some of the lesser known appellations; and why Merlot might just be one of the best varietals on the planet and how Semillon makes for a fantastic white wine when it rots.
