Special event! Chez Cherie was selected by Saveur magazine to present a mouth-watering exploration of Authentic French cuisine. From the bistros of Paris to the farmhouses of Burgundy, this exciting class will take you on a culinary journey through the regions and rituals that have made French food the basis for all other cuisine. We will be preparing a fabulous meal including Gougeres, Salade des Moines, Poussin Vallee d’Auge, Gratin Dauphinois, and Souffle au Chocolat!
This class includes a recipe booklet, a SAVEUR tote bag with samples and discounts, a light meal, and a $29.95 value one-year subscription to SAVEUR magazine (you can also extend your current subscription) so you can continue your culinary adventure through France and beyond! $80.
