A four course menu will be paired with a wonderful selection of wines from La Brancaia located in Tuscany, Italy. Located in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, La Brancaia is one of Tuscany’s top wine-growing estates, winning national and international awards year after year.
First course of homemade beet fettuccini with duck ragout, served with Chianti Classico 2002
Second course is butternut squash soup, with roasted chestnuts and black cabbage, served with the Toscana Tre 2004
The main course is veal osso buco braised in Chianti and vegetables over cannellini beans, served with Toscana Il Blu 2004
Dessert is Zuccotto, served with a sweet Italian dessert wine, a Passito from Sicily
