Free Champagne Tour and tasting as part of North Fork Long Island wine tour

EVENT DETAILS:
-You will visit 4 to 5 wineries with a vineyard walk and a behind the scenes tour of the crush pad, tank and barrel rooms. Weather dependent. Nominal tasting fees may apply.
-At one winery you will enjoy a 45 minute guided Champagne tour which will include:
1. The history of Champagne
2. The process of racking, aging for 6 years in the traditional
Methode Champenoise, and corking on the botteling line.
3. You will also learn how to store, uncork, and serve Champagne.
4. Followed by free tasting and appetizers.
-After the wine tour you will enjoy a 3 course dinner with a glass of local wine or other drink at Bay and Main restaurant in Greenport. Taxes and gratuities included.
