1st Course: 
Thai inspired New Zealand Green Lipped Mussel Chowder with lemongrass and ginger infusion.  Paired with the Protege Classic White 2006 Western Australia. "Pale lemon in color, the nose has lovely grassy hints of nettle from the Sauvignon Blanc component and citrus characters from the Semillon. This wine has a gorgeous palate both refreshing and balanced." 89 Points

2nd course:
Crayfish & Avocado Tower with mangos, avocados, cabbage and miso dressing.  Paired with the Sandalford Premium Reserve Verdelho 2007 Margaret River, Western Australia.  "Tropical fruit, guava, passion fruit and cashew fruit come to the fore.  Full-bodied white wine with no oak influence. The acid profile in 2007 is more moderate than in previous years giving softness to the texture and finish." 94 Points

3rd Course:
Chef Christine's Duck Special paired with Ceja Pinot Noir 2005 Sonoma/ Carneros California.  "An aroma of fruit, tea, and dark cherry, with an overall impression of soft tannins and layers of texture" 96 Points

4th Course
Barolo Braised Boneless Beef Short Ribs paired with Wolverine Creek Reserve Shiraz 2006, South Africa.  "With an aroma of a light peppery scent and deep ripe berries, soft spices and a whiff of woodsmoke" 90 Points

5th & Final course:
Hot Chocolate Obsession Dessert, a semi flourless, chocolate truffle filled cake.  Paired with Landskroon Cape Vintage Port 2001, South Africa.  "A dark colored fortified wine with beautiful aromas of spicey black prunes and tobacco.  Rich and smooth with flavors of concentrated berries"
