| Join us for a very fun, informative series of wine classes taught by Master Sommelier Elizabeth Schweitzer - currently the only Master Sommelier teaching in Los Angeles County, and only the 8th female Master Sommelier in the world! This wonderful educational class series is set in the relaxed and comfortable setting of "The Backroom" at Morry's - "the best kept secret in Long Beach!." $35 per class or $30 each for a series of six classes:
Sunday May 25th - “Romancing the Rhône” Taste and learn about the delicious red and white grapes and wines of Rhône, France and now grown in
California as well.
Sunday June 1st - “A Happy Marriage” Food & Wine Pairing begins with mutual attraction and is enhanced with contrasts and variation.
This is an interactive class; we will taste wines with various foods, flavors,
and textures.
Sunday June 8th - R.S.V.P. Chardonnay “Regrets”
Explore & taste numerous white varietals excluding Chardonnay.
Sunday June 22nd - The Zen of Zin Taste ‘The King of California’ from different
regions and discover his many styles.
