Zafferano Restaurant 1 michelin star in Knightsbridge will host this breathtaking event:
Chateau Latour vertical tasting from 1990 to 1995 along with a 5 courses meal menu.
Tuna and Scallops Carpaccio with fennel and Mint
Veal's shank Ravioli and Saffron
Roasted Pheasant with black Cabbage and Norcia's Black truffle
Champagne Dom Perignon 1998 will be served to start with.
We will taste some Chateau Yquem with our selection of cheese and with the dessert.
The Chateau Latour Terroir will be explained with detail and we will unveal the "secrets" that make this Chateau stand out in his area of production.
Chateau Latour is considered by many a benchmark for his consistency, commitment, vineyard management and so on.
This event is only available for 15 people.
The dress code is smart casual
