October 12 – Italian Classics

Proscuitto with Grilled Figs, Chicken Saltimbocca, Risotto, Peas Parmigiana and decadent Zuccotto for dessert!

Classes are taught in a hands-on environment in the Amorosa Kitchen and include wine pairings and dinner at the conclusion. Classes begin at 3:00 p.m. and are limited to twelve participants.
