Woodbridge Winery will once again host the CASI California State Championship Chili Cook-Off. Open to the public, this event will bring more than 35 head cooks and their teams together to compete in the California State Championship Chili Cook-Off to raise funds for the Lodi Public Library Foundation. This event is sanctioned as the California State Championship by the Chili Appreciation Society International. To see complete details and rules, go to www.chili.org
To enter the Chili Cook Off, call 209-365-8139 and request an entry packet. Deadline for entries is October 13th, 2008
