In association with the Berks County Wine Trail's event, COOL WINE TREAT WEEKEND, wine fans are encouraged to "GO MOJITO!" during Saturday August 9th (10 AM to 5 PM) or Sunday August 10th (noon to 5 PM) at trail member - Pinnacle Ridge Winery in Kutztown, PA (minutes west of Allentown/Bethlehem). Admission is free and no reservations are required.

Yes, Pinnacle Ridge Winery will be mixing it up with its latest mixology creation - the WINE MOJITO - a twist on the popular tropical cocktail the mojito - but cleverly concocted with the winery's recent release of 2007 Vidal Blanc table wine.

Yes a refreshing summertime cocktail made with wine!
