AleSmith Brewing Company is pleased to announce our first pairing dinner in the Las Vegas area! Please join Peter, Bill and Jessica on Thursday, September 4th at Sonoma Cellar Steakhouse for an amazing meal with great food and great beer! Together with Executive Chef Schuyler Schultz, a proponent of organic, sutainable, and "farm to table" ingredients, we have created a five (maybe six) course meal to demonstrate how well our beers pair with fine foods, perhaps even a little better than wine! Whether you're from the Vegas area and you're looking to try AleSmith beers for the first time, or whether you're looking to experience your first beer pairing dinner, come join us!

Pricing for this dinner will be $65 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) and reservations can be made by calling Sonoma Cellar Steakhouse AFTER 4PM PDT at (702) 547-7898.
