The StarChefs 2008 Las Vegas Rising Stars Award winners are Chef Anthony Amoroso of Michael Mina, Chef Zach Allen of Carnevino + B and B Ristorante, Chef Wesley Holton of Daniel Boulud Brasserie, Chef Gregory Engelhardt of Andre's, Chef Gerald Chin of The Mansion, Chef Brian Rae of RM Seafood, Pastry Chef Uyen Nguyen of Guy Savoy, Sustainability Chef Mike Minor of Border Grill, Hotel Chef Joe Isidori of DJT at Trump, Sommelier Michael Shearin of DJT at Trump, and Mixologist Amanda Gager of Strip Steak.
