PlumpJack Cafe has partnered with Whetstone Wine Cellars to offer guests an exclusive wine-inspired dining experience on Friday, July 18. The evening will feature an intimate four-course dinner created by Chef de Cuisine Andy Unzicker in the PlumpJack Squaw Valley Inn Conference Center. Winemaker Jamey Whetstone, who is dedicated to supplying organic and biodynamic wines, will host this tantalizing journey and debut three select Whetstone Wine Cellars wines, plus the fabulous Manifesto! Sauvignon Blanc. Guests will get to know this young fresh face in the wine industry as they explore perfected food and wine pairings.
