This will be the second class in our series of education classes geared towards introducing people to some of the more unknown aspects of wine. Classes will be held on the last Tuesday of every month through August. Each class we will cover different topics. We will try 4-5 wines.

This class in May is Wine Basics II- how to read a wine list, how to order wine at a restaurant, basic storage and ageing and wine and your health.
