November 7 to 11, Ponte Vedra Beach will be transformed into Wine Country by the 6th Ponte Vedra Beach Food & Wine Fest. This wine lover's extravaganza finds its home for most events at the Sawgrass Marriott Resort & Spa in Ponte Vedra Beach, a Four Star Resort. This five day celebration of food and wine offers unparalleled opportunities to taste hundreds of wines from around the world and savor dishes prepared by some of the area's finest chefs and restaurants.
Wednesday, November 7 ~ Beer 'n Bites, a new event, at Bogey Grille, Ponte Vedra Beach's premier sports bar, will feature high-end domestic and foreign beers with the appropriate casual dining treats. Cost: $35
Thursday, November 8 ~ Tapas & Tasting, a new wine seminar for those that enjoy alfresco dining lakeside at Aqua Grill, Ponte Vedra Beach's eclectic American restaurant, will highlight a selection of 8 wines from both Masi and King Estate, paired with 6 courses of delectable tapas prepared by Executive Chef Tyler Brock. 6:30-8:30pm

Friday, November 9 ~ Winemaker's Dinner, five courses prepared by the Marriott's executive Chef Charles Charbonneau will be paired with the extraordinary wines of Alexander Valley Vineyards with a commentary by their Proprietor and General Operating Partner, Hank Wetzel. Cost: $120
Saturday, November 10 ~ Grand Tasting, the event's centerpiece at the Marriott, offering an opportunity for patrons to sample over 125 wines from around the globe and the signature dishes of 16 area specialty and gourmet restaurants. Cost: $45, day of event $50
Sunday, November 11 ~ Champagne Brunch, held in the Marriott's lovely Augustine Grille, featuring the champagnes of Laurent-Perrier, a French tradition since 1812, accompanied by a five course brunch prepared by the restaurant's Chef Brett A. Smith. Cost: $50
