| Dr. Tim Krantz and Lynn Berkeley Krantz
| | Dr. Tim Krantz is Department Chairman and Professor of Environmental Studies. His emphasis–Ethnobotany–comes to fruition in the Wineolgy classes, together with his graduate studies in Physical Geography at UC Berkeley, to provide an informative and fun introduction and advanced insight to the amazing world of wines. Lynn Berkeley Krantz is a current University Student and has organized the seminar series, arranged all of the registration, the introductory tasting structure, and much of the additional materials. She is currently enrolled in the Wine Spectator School and particularly skilled in culinary pairings of wines, cheeses, and other foods. Tim and Lynn are co-authors on a featured wine column in the Redlands Daily Facts.
