Reception on the patio at 6:30pm serving St. Supery Sauvignon Blanc.

Dinner served at 7pm sharp.

1st Course: Sugar Sweet Tomato & Field Greens Salad with Avocado Dressing

Served with St Supery Virtu

2nd Course: Crawfish Pie

Served with St Supery Cabernet Sauvignon

Main Course: Parmesan Crusted Trout with Creamed Potatoes and Sauteed Spinach with Truffle Oil
