Southbrook is the newest Green winery to hit Niagara. The building is LEED certified, the vines are organic and the winery integrates Bio-Dynamic practices in their winemaking strategy.

VIP tasting at Flat Rock Cellars

Get an inside look at their new “green roof” Cellar and learn about their commitment to eco-friendly winery development & sustainable viticulture.

Exclusive Tour & tasting at Malivoire Winery

Malivoire's two winery-owned vineyards are farmed under the organic certificates issued by OCPP / ProCert Canada. Vineyard practices also include the judicious use of lightweight, energy-efficient machinery to reduce both carbon emissions and soil compaction
