The Millcroft Inn & Spa's award-winning Executive Chef Roberto Fracchioni has graciously offered to share some of his trade secrets and many of his favourite ingredients and products with a series of themed culinary classes at The Millcroft Inn & Spa.
The next class theme will be EASY SUMMER SIDE DISHES and participants will enjoy an informative and entertaining interactive 60-90 minute class with Chef Fracchioni as well as a glass of wine from our extensive cellar.
This class is sponsored by From the Kitchen to the Table, the premiere kitchenware store in the Hills of Headwaters region, and will feature a display of some of their latest products. All class participants will also receive a From the Kitchen to the Table parting gift.
Start time is 2:00pm SHARP and space is limited, so advance reservations are required.
