It’s time to welcome in the new season with a bang! The second event in a seasonal series, Tobey (chef, Jamie Kennedy Wine Bar) and Michael (chef, Niagara Street Café) return for another unforgettable culinary journey that celebrates the most unique artisanal offerings produced within a 100-km radius of Toronto (give or take). Open your eyes (and mouth) to an array of seasonal delicacies from heirloom produce to naturally-raised meats to artisan cheeses to incredible preserves to Ontario fish and much more (menu released closer to event date). And because that's not decadent enough, they'll also guide us through a mini-tasting of Ontario wine, beer, and other local libations.
