The Tasting Club is thrilled to welcome wine educator and head of Slow Food Toronto, Paul DeCampo (http://toronto.slowfood.ca/), to the space for a unique tasting and awareness evening celebrating the best and most delicious wine that Ontario has to offer. And yes, we've come a loooong way, baby. Join Paul for an approachable and entertaining tasting of a variety of whites, reds, sparkling and ice wines painstakingly produced by artisan winemakers and sustainable vineyards in our lovely province, from Niagara to Prince Edward County, Pelée Island and beyond. Discussion includes regional terroir, issues facing local winemakers, the global Slow Food movement, and of course, plenty of wine talk! You will be amazed at what is now being produced in our own backyard. Also enjoy delectable, seasonal hors d’ouevres and nibbles.
