Here is our antidote for a blustery winter's evening: a chef from Italy, some stellar wines from Southern Italy and the warm ambiance of Café Allegre. Our menu: reception (wine-Terredora Falanghina); appetizer: Mozzarella with pomodoro(wine-Mesa Giunco Vermentino Sardegna) 1st course: Nonna's Fettucine with Sunday Ragu (wine-Statti Gaglioppo Calabria) 2nd course: Insalata Verde Bianco Rosso; 3rd course: Pesce Spada Mediterranean (wine-Terredora Greco di Tufo Campania) 4th course: Bistecca Pizzaiola (wine-Ceuso Nero d'Avola/Cab Sicily) 5th course: Assortment of desserts (wine-Paizzo Moscato)
