Wine and Dine Mondays take place every first and third Monday of the month at Beacon Hilll Bistro on Charles Street. Chef Jason Bond prepares a four-course dinner which is paired with four wines. Wine education and commentary is provided by Cecilia Rait and Tracy Burgis. Seating is at communal tables, providing an intimate and jovial atmosphere and encouraging conversation among the participants. Seats are limited; please call 617-723-7575 to make a reservation.
