Dan Michaud, director of education for Ruby Wines, will join us to discuss some of his favorite wines to match with summertime fare. He will share a collection of reds and whites that are perfect to bring to any cookout! Join us to hear Dan’s unique insight and learn that beer isn't the only accompaniment to burgers off the grill!

Your registration fee includes tasting notes, a sample of all wines featured that evening and a $10 Fruit Center gift card.

Cancellation policy: Preparations for classes are based on the total number of attendees. Should you need to cancel your class reservation, you may cancel up to 48 hours prior to the class, otherwise your credit card will be charged.

All classes are held at “A Lighter Fare”, our restaurant on the second floor of our Milton location.
