Vinalia's chef will prepare a variety of "finger food" appetizers followed by a three-course meal:

· Pistachio Crusted Salmon – oven roasted over sautéed spinach and shallots, with a champagne-citrus basil sauce
· Dessert: Vanilla Bean Flan – with soft caramel and fresh mixed berries
