Got Cabin Fever? We have a remedy to break it! Please join us for the St. Julian “Wild Game” Winemakers dinner in Paw Paw on Saturday, January 26, 2008 for an evening of good food and great wines! The Champagne reception will begin at 6:30 p.m., featuring appetizers paired with a blind interactive tasting in our Hospitality Room. Seating will follow promptly at 7:15 p.m. for the themed five-course meal in the Apollo. The exotic “Wild Game” feast will be especially designed to let you fully appreciate our newest, most outstanding ST. J and Braganini Reserve wines. To cap off the night, guests may visit our cellar for a barrel tasting of our award-winning Port! As always, selected wines from the evening’s meal will be offered at a 25% discount. The cost of this “Wild Game” dinner is $75.00 per person, including tax and tip. Seating is limited to 70 guests, so reservations are a must!
