The Cowboy and The Rose Catering presents a Seven Courses and Smooth Jazz event sure to please. This year under the watchful eyes of one of the valley's premier winemakers, selected Colorado Red wines were bottled in the large format bottles to offer you a special look at wines bottle from hand selected barrels. Paired up with many varying foods this event allows you to explore wine pairing in a layed back setting with Chef Bob Ballantyne taking you through the courses, while exploring the red wines of the state.
