Grape Affair

Celebrate the springtime renewal of the grapevine at the 4rd Annual "A Grape Affair". The wineries of the Northern Sierra Wine Country in Nevada County will come together to host a unique wine event in one of our beautiful vineyards. A Grape Affair features wine tasting and barrel sampling, food and music, educational displays and vineyard tours. This is a unique opportunity to taste the fine wines from the diverse wineries of Nevada County all in one location and to learn about the art and practice of wine making and grape growing. You will discover why Nevada County is such an ideal place to grow grapes and produce wine. Taste delicious wines, and meet the winemakers. Eat wonderful food paired with the wines. Listen to delightful music. Increase your sensory evaluation of wines. Participate in an interactive sensory display of common wine aromas. Tour the vineyard with grape growers and learn about methods of viticulture that yield high quality wines.

You will also have the opportunity to purchase these limited production fine wines at great prices. Tickets: Tickets are $35. Tickets may be purchased ahead of time at any of the participating wineries or local chambers of commerce. Tickets may also be purchased at the event.
