Riverwalk Get Downtown, Fort Lauderdale’s largest outdoor cocktail hour, offering the best Flavors of Fort Lauderdale from local restaurants and bars in the courtyard Plaza at Las Olas Place, 333 E. Las Olas Blvd., is back. For a $25 donation, or $20 prepaid online, attendees will receive two drink tickets, an array of tastes from local area restaurants and live entertainment. Admission is complimentary for Riverwalk Trust members at the Riverwalk 100 level and up. The 2008 Spring Get Downtown raised $20,000 for Riverwalk Trust and drew over 1,500 attendees. Riverwalk Get Downtown encourages employees and residents to spend time Downtown after work before going home and aims to celebrate Downtown business, employees and new homeowners who contribute to its success.
