| The Intermediate Certificate Course is appropriate for wine enthusiasts who want to acquire in-depth knowledge of wines and spirits, and for those employed in the retail or hospitality industry. The course covers the major types of wines and spirits of the world, and includes tasting of more than 40 different types of wines and spirits.
Successful completion of the one hour 50-question multiple choice exam earns the student the internationally-recognized Intermediate Certificate from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in London. The exam does not inlcude wine tasting.

Students will be mailed the course textbook and study guide prior to the start of class. WSET recommends at least 16 hours of study time outside of class prior to the exam. Registration is required 11 business days prior to exam date.
