Freestyle & CASI style chili cookoff & Salsa contest. Refreshments & Raffles to benefit The Health Ministry of the Southern Tier (medical and dental services for the uninsured). $500 cash prize for first place Freestyle Chili. Cooks register at www.NYSChili.com. Public tastings for 50 cents each. Event held in conjunction with the Gaffer District's Jazz & Harvest Festival.
