Event Details
 
Wine is historically associated with grapes because they naturally contain sufficient sugar and acid to provide a stable beverage after fermentation. However, delightful “Country Wines” can be made from many fruits with the proper additives and procedures. This course will emphasize strawberries, apples, and cherries as starting ingredients but general guidelines for many fruits will be provided.
