These classes are designed as a great way to learn basic cooking techniques while having fun in our Hands-On Kitchen. Each group will prepare an appetizer and salad course, and then Chef Jeff will lead the class through the preparation of three entrées. Participants will be served a tasting portion of all the entrées. A New York State wine will be paired with the meal and you’ll have a chance to learn how the wine selected pairs with each entrée item. Classes fill quickly, enroll soon!
