There is nothing better than baking with ingredients that are in season and freshly picked. This class will begin at the Canandaigua Farmer’s Market (Lafayette Street parking lot-behind the Chamber of Commerce on the east side of Main St.) to buy the freshest fruit available. You’ll stroll the market with Chef Renée, chat with the growers and select the peaches, then travel a short distance to the New York Wine & Culinary Center Viking Range Hands-On Kitchen to prepare a variety of desserts and sauces.
