If you have had enough beef and chicken cooked on the grill, then it’s time to try something new…pizza. Gilled pizza is perfect to get the taste buds jumping. We’ll make some batches of pizza dough and while the dough is rising, we’ll prepare some “out-of-this-world” toppings. The pizzas will be slathered with homemade tomato sauce, and topped with goat cheese, fresh mozzarella, fresh sautéed vegetables, sausage and more. After the pizzas are assembled to your liking, we’ll put them on the grill using a transfer technique that keeps the dough from sticking.
