The CHeers! series includes a special evening highlighting the special qualities of cheese.

In the CHeese series, cheeses from the local area and around the world will be featured along with a delightful selection of white wines from Rooster Hill. Learn to identify the subtle differences in soft and hard cheeses and their composition. Understand why specific wines should be paired with certain types of cheese.
