The Cayuga Wine Trail is hosting it's third Greyhound Gathering for a celebration of greyhound adoption where Greyhounds are welcome at all the wineries. Each human participant will receive a commemorative Greyhound wine glass and enjoy wine tastings and food pairings. Greyhounds will receive doggie treats and partake in an ice cream social. one on Sat. at Cayuga Ridge Winery/Thirsty Owl Winery and the other on Sunday at Taughannock Falls State Park. Participants will be eligible to win an overnight stay at the Hampton Inn in Ithaca. To enter this contest, just drop off your wine tasting card with your name and address at the last winery you visit. In addition there will be doggie vendors and an Adopt-a-Greyhound booths at most wineries. This event is welcome to all dog owners or non dog owners but inclusive only to greyhounds. If you have a pet at home we'll be happy to give you a doggie treat to take home with you.
