Each week taste at least ten fine wines (priced from £6 to £80 per bottle) presented by Master of Wine, Rose Murray Brown. Try classic Burgundy, cru classe Bordeaux, top Rioja, leading Tuscan super-stars, award-winning New World wines and Prestige Cuvee Champagne.
This course also includes food and wine matching techniques, organic and biodynamic wines and detecting wine faults. Powerpoint visuals illustrate the world's vineyards. Course file, course notes, tasting notes, tasting mats, pencils, biscuits, aroma wheel and completion certificate signed by a qualified Master of Wine included. Tasting glasses and spittoons supplied.
This can be taken as a four evening series or as individual sessions: Fine French Classics (Tues 4 Nov), Best of Spain and Italy (Tues 11 Nov), Best of New World (Tues 18 Nov) and Champagne (Tues 25 Nov): £135 for four part series or £35 per session.
