A fun relaxed interactive wine tasting course for beginners. Learn tasting techniques, how to put words to wine and taste ten wines each week from the best producers in the Old World and New World. This is the only beginners/introductory wine course in Scotland hosted by a qualified Master of Wine. Sessions include: Tuesday 9 Sept (Tasting techniques/white wines); Tuesday 16 Sept (Champagne v sparkling wine/aromatic white wines); Tuesday 23 September (Roses & Soft Juicy Reds eg Pinot Noir, Tempranillo); Tuesday 30 September (Full bodied Reds eg Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Malbec, Shiraz). Powerpoint visuals, course file, course notes and aroma wheel. Those completing this four evening course will receive a completion certificate signed by a Master of Wine.
