They’ve done all the time-consuming work of preparing dinner: shopped for fresh ingredients, chopped, sliced, diced, blended marinades & simmered sauces from scratch. You just assemble your entrée of choice, add its cooking label and leave with a nutritious dinner to serve at home when you please.
Entrée` Vous of Troy is throwing a private party just for our members and guests. We will eat one cooked meal in their store, sample some interesting wines to accompany the food and then assemble 2 small sized entrees to take home and cook later.
We will enjoy a buffet of stuffed chicken Florentine, a side of three cheese potatoes w/ rosemary, dessert, interesting wines, water & coffee. Then everyone will assemble 2 uncooked small sized entrees from the 8 items listed below. The ticket price is really a bargain since you will have 2 extra meals to take home and cook later. Perfect for those who are single!
The choice of the two take-home entrees will be chosen from the following:
1. Island Shrimp Kabobs
Large shrimp accented with flavors of pineapple, citrus, and a hint of fresh ginger make these kabobs the perfect addition to your summer party. Break out the Hawaiian shirts & leis and let the good times roll.
2. Ravioli Lasagne
A delicious variation of a well known dish. Ravioli filled with three cheeses are layered with a Bolognese style beef, mushroom, and tomato ragout.
3. Raspberry BBQ Chicken
The sweetness of fruit and the smoky, rich taste of traditional barbecue combine with two 100% all natural boneless chicken breasts to create this grilled entrée.
4. Black and Blue Burgers with Caramelized Onions
These 1/3 lb. burgers are a great upgrade from the normal backyard grilled burger. Two burgers stuffed with creamy Gorgonzola Blue Cheese, sprinkled with Cajun Blackened Seasoning, and accompanied with a great Caramelized Onion Sauce. (Buns Provided.)
5. Chicken Caprese with Creamy Marinara
Two 100% all natural boneless chicken breasts filled with sun dried tomatoes, basil, and Mozzarella, topped with a cream enhanced marinara sauce.
6. Pork Loin Roast with Peach, Balsamic, and Red Onion Salsa The perfect summer entrée. Center cut pork loin combined with a great summer salsa with peach, balsamic vinegar, and red onion. This roast is both beautiful and delicious.
7 Asian BBQ Chicken
Two 100% all natural boneless chicken breasts marinated in a tangy barbecue sauce accented with fresh ginger, garlic, citrus, and traditional Asian flavors. Serve with rice (provided).
8. Margarita Beef Kabobs
Beef tips marinated in citrus, fresh cilantro, chipotle peppers, and tequila are skewered and grilled to make two kabobs for the perfect summer evening patio party.

2005 Doricum Catarrato-- A medium bodied white with almond and floral aromas (quite typical of Catarratto) and a dry, fresh and citrussy finish. Made from selected Catarratto grapes cultivated in the Salemi area of western Sicily.
