Wine is such a fascinating subject! Come and unlock the mysteries of wine. We will explore what makes a wine balanced? Why when you use the same variety of grape will the wine taste totally different? Why do you like some wines and not others? Why do some wines pair better with different foods? This is an interactive seminar and is limited to the first 20 people due to space restrictions. FYI we will taste some fabulous wines!!!
